E-DESIGN - SERVICE AGREEMENT

BY PURCHASING AN E-DESIGN PACKAGE BY PRAIRIE LANE DESIGN CO. YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. E-DESIGN IS AN ONLINE DESIGN AND CONSULTATION SERVICE ONLY. DESIGNER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY RESULTING FROM CLIENT’S OR CLIENT’S AGENT’S PURCHASE AND/OR INSTALLATION OF ANY RECOMMENDED FURNITURE, ACCESSORIES OR OTHER DECOR. WE RECOMMEND YOU PRINT A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR YOUR RECORDS.

This E-DESIGN SERVICE AGREEMENT is made effective on the DATE OF PURCHASE, by and between the CLIENT, and DESIGNER Angela Adamczyk, Prairie Lane Design Co. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to transform the look of your space. 

DESIGN SERVICES
The Designer will provide the Client with the following services:
Review Client Submitted Questionnaire.
Review the Client design preferences, budget, and details of the space.
Prepare one Vision Board for Client feedback and approval; and
Prepare up to three rounds of revisions to initial concept layout approved by client.
Provide Client a detailed shopping list with clickable links to purchase.

SERVICE PERIOD
The Designer agrees to furnish the completed Design Services within four (4) weeks following purchase of an E-Design Package.

CHANGES OR MODIFICAITONS
The Client may request of the Designer:
Up to three revisions.
All revisions or alternate product recommendations are to be completed within Service Period.
Requests from the Client outside this period are not guaranteed by the Designer.

CLIENT MATERIALS SUBMISSION
The Client hereby agrees to supply the Designer with Client provided project materials and information submissions within five (5) days of purchase:
A Questionnaire provided by Designer, completed in detail;
Inspiration images or Pinterest boards;
Before Images of the existing area or room, containing all walls and views; and
Accurate measurements of the space.
All Project Materials are to be submitted to the Designer within the Client Portal at DesignFiles.co
If Project Materials are not submitted to the Designer within five (5) days of purchase, the Client hereby agrees that the Designer shall not be liable to complete the Design Services within four (4) weeks after package purchase. A revised completion timeline will be provided to the Client at the Designer's discretion.

REVIEW AND FEEDBACK
Following the submission of the above materials, the Client will be required to review all submissions provided by the Designer within five (5) days of notice including, but not limited to:
Provide feedback of Conceptual Layout to Designer;
Approve one Conceptual Layout in order to fulfill the required design package;
Provide written feedback and flag products for revision; and
Approve the final design package and product list.
Upon completion, the Client will be responsible for completing the recommendations as provided by the Designer on their own.

PURCHASING PRODUCTS ON YOUR OWN (SELF-PURCHASING)
The Client will be provided a list of products by the Designer for their approval. Each product will contain specifics about the product and the reasonable retail price. All purchases made from Vendors or Suppliers recommended by the Designer or Client will be at the Client's own risk and expense. As such, each Vendor or Supplier has varied process and procedures and it is the Client's responsibility to read and accept the specified Vendor's terms, conditions, return policy, and delivery methods.

TERM OF AGREEMENT
The term of this Agreement will begin on the E-Design Package purchase date and will remain in force for a period of four (4) weeks, subject to earlier completion as provided by this Agreement. The Term may be extended within the written consent of each of the Parties.
The Designer and Client agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.

E-DESIGN SERVICE FEE
The Designer will charge the Client a flat fee based on the purchased package. The Client will be required to purchase the E-design Service with 100% payment in advance. All purchases made by the Client to the Designer are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Designer does not collect monies by using affiliate links or other commissions for the Client’s product purchases.

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property and related material that is developed or produced under this Agreement, will be the property of the Designer and may be used for promotional purposes. The Client is granted a non-exclusive limited-use license of this Intellectual Property. Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of the Intellectual Property remain exclusively with the Designer.
